1. Turn Off Cellular Data
Toggle the mobile data option. The first thing you will want to do is disable the mobile data option on your device and then enable it again. This gives your iPhone a fresh chance to disconnect from your carrier and then establish a completely new connection.
Launch the Settings app from the springboard on your iPhone. Then you will find an option that says Mobile Data. Tap on it to open it. The following screen has a toggle saying Mobile Data. Turn the toggle to the off position and wait for about half a minute.
2. Update iOS

Then press the power button again for a few seconds to boot up your device.
4. Reset Network Settings
Resetting the network settings on an iPhone is one of the easiest tasks to do. All you need to do is launch the Settings app, tap on General, tap on Reset, and select Reset Network Settings. You may then try using your Personal Hotspot to see if it works.
5. Use AnyFix
